  1. Returns Eligibility (For Physical Products)
    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our info team at info@bongpreneurs.com with your order ID, reason for return, and infoing images (if applicable).
    • Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our info team.

    Non-returnable items include:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Digital products, downloads, or services once accessed or used
    • Gift cards and promotional items
  2. Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected:
    • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
    • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company or bank.

  4. Exchanges
    We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
    If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@bongpreneurs.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
    • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  6. Digital Products, Services, and Memberships
    For digital downloads, online services, or memberships:
    • All sales are final once access has been granted.
    • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors.
